If you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase, please return it to us within 21 days using
the enclosed returns form and pre-paid self-addressed label
and we will either exchange or refund your money. It is
advisable to obtain a certificate of posting.
Personalised items can only be returned
or exchanged if faulty and may be sent separately to the
rest of your order. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled
once placed.
